Bahan yang diperlukan : enak eco,bali daging telur,bali beef instant spices Main Ingredients :
  • 500 gr. Daging sapi/ telur ayam rebus
  • 1 liter air.
  • 500 gr. beef / boiled egg
  • 1 litre (1000 cc.) water

Cara Memasak : Direction of use :
Untuk Bali Daging:
  • rebus 500 gram daging ayam dengan 1 liter air hingga setengah matang
  • Potong daging kecil-kecil sesuai selera
  • Rebus lagi potongan daging dengan air bekas rebusan, ditambah 1 bungkus Bumbu Bali. Rebus selama + 50 menit dengan api kecil.
Untuk Bali Telur:
  • Telur rebus digoreng dulu sampai kuning kecoklatan
  • Telur rebus goreng direbus dengan 1/2 liter air lalu ditambah Bumbu Bali, rebus dengan api kecil sampai cairan mengental.
  • Tambahkan garam apabila diperlukan.
  • Siap dihidangkan.
For beef in Bali style:
  • Boil 500 gr. beef in 1 litre of water until half cooked
  • Cut the beef to small cubes
  • Add 1 pack of Bali Red Sauce Instant Spices.
  • Shimmer (cook slowly) for about 50 minutes.


For egg in Bali style:
  • Stirfry skinned boiled egg till golden brown.
  • Cook the fried egg with litre (500 cc.) of water, add 1 pack of Bali Red Sauce Instant Spices, continue cooking until the water and the spices turned into thick sauce.
  • Ready to serve.
